roasted tomatoes, onions and garlic makes this soup very tasty
Fresh Greens with bacon, hard boiled eggs, and thin slices of purple onion.
3rd COURSE
Roasted to perfection with au jus and a creamy horseradish sauce. Served with Parmesan encrusted mashed potatoes, and Charred Haricot Verts with Harissa.
Chicken breast lightly sautéed with butter, lemon, white wine, capers, and artichoke hearts. Served with angel hair pasta.
served with a Chimichurri sauce, Chipotte Scalloped Potatoes and roasted vegetables
roasted New Zealand lamb encrusted with Parmesan and herbs served with sweet potato, caramelized onion puree.
